OUR VISION
A poverty-free and abuse-free society where women are empowered, youth thrive through entrepreneurship, and children grow up in a secure, rights-based, and child-friendly environment.
MISSION to achieve the VISION
To empower women and youth through skill development and access to offline and online employment opportunities; to protect and promote child rights by preventing abuse, exploitation, and early marriage; and to foster a healthy, educated, and addiction-free society through blended education, healthcare access, and youth engagement in positive activities.
GOAL
To foster a skilled and educated society by enhancing women’s economic empowerment, eradicating hunger and poverty, and promoting sustainable entrepreneurship.
STRATEGIC OBJECTIVEs
The following strategic objectives will guide our interventions to achieve our goal and contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030:
1. Empower women and youth through training and support in entrepreneurship, focusing on handicrafts, digital marketing, and online outsourcing.
2. Promote ICT-based, joyful learning through blended methods, developed by skilled teachers and education experts, for all school and college students.
3. Address climate change impacts and ensure food security by promoting sustainable agriculture and adaptive livelihoods in both Char and plain lands.
4. Strengthen women’s economic empowerment through income-generating support and promote gender-sensitive environments to eliminate violence and abuse.
5. Protect children from abuse, child marriage, and labour by raising awareness among children and parents and ensuring a safe, rights-based environment.
6. Promote transparency in Social Safety Net Programmes by advocating for fair beneficiary selection through civic education and collaboration with LGIs, GOs, and NGOs.
7. Improve health outcomes by raising awareness on non-communicable diseases, promoting healthy lifestyles, and engaging youth in physical activities to combat drug addiction.
8. Enhance disaster preparedness by disseminating early warnings and coordinating with disaster management committees to reduce mortality and asset loss.
9. Conduct research to identify the root causes of local crises and implement innovative, community-driven solutions for sustainable development.
10. Expand access to ICT services and training, handicraft production, market facilitation, and English language courses for students, job seekers, and professionals.
